As we supply food products, gourmet snacks, dried fruits, nuts, chocolates, confectionery, gifting solutions, and customized hospitality products, our Returns & Refunds Policy has been designed in accordance with food safety requirements and industry best practices.

2. FOOD SAFETY POLICY

To protect the health and safety of our customers, Wild Tree generally does not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered and accepted.

Once a food product leaves our control, we cannot guarantee how it has been handled, stored, or transported.

3. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered where:
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• A product was damaged during delivery.
• A manufacturing defect exists.
• A verified quality issue renders the product unfit for consumption.

Wild Tree reserves the right to investigate all claims before approval.

4. CLAIM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide:
• Order Number
• Product Name
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs
• Batch Number (if available)

Additional information may be requested to support the investigation.

5. INVESTIGATION PROCESS

Wild Tree may review photographs, request samples, inspect returned products, review production records, and conduct quality investigations before determining the outcome of a claim.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are generally non-refundable:
• Opened or partially consumed products without a verified quality issue.
• Change-of-mind purchases.
• Taste preferences.
• Products improperly stored after delivery.
• Orders affected by incorrect customer-provided information.

7. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Where requested, customers must retain affected products in original packaging and cooperate with product collection or inspection procedures.

8. CUSTOMIZED & CORPORATE ORDERS

Customized products including corporate gifts, branded packaging, private label products, hotel amenities, and event orders are non-refundable once production, printing, procurement, or customization has commenced.

Exceptions may apply where Wild Tree is responsible for a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

9. REFUND METHODS

Approved refunds may be issued through:
• Original payment method
• Store credit
• Product replacement

Wild Tree reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy.

10. REFUND PROCESSING TIMES

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, subject to payment provider and banking timelines.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once packed, dispatched, or collected by a courier, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

12. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & FREE GIFTS

Complimentary products, promotional gifts, and free samples are not eligible for refund or replacement unless required by law.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wild Tree's liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the affected product.

Wild Tree shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, commercial, or third-party losses.

14. POLICY CHANGES

Wild Tree reserves the right to amend this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Website.
