All prices are displayed in AED and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. Wild Tree reserves the right to modify prices and correct pricing errors at any time.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Food products are generally non-returnable unless damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or unfit for consumption.

11. Corporate & Customized Orders

Corporate gifts, private-label products, hotel amenities, event orders, and custom-branded products may require minimum order quantities, artwork approvals, and advance payments. Such orders become non-cancellable once production or customization has commenced.

12. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer

Products may contain or be manufactured in facilities handling tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, wheat, soy, milk, and sulphites. Customers with allergies should carefully review product information before consumption.

13. Temperature Sensitive Products

Wild Tree shall not be responsible for melting, texture changes, or quality deterioration of chocolate or temperature-sensitive products after successful delivery where storage instructions have not been followed.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, packaging designs, and marketing materials remain the property of Wild Tree Nuts and Snacks L.L.C.
